CONFINED SPACE PERMIT ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Confined spaces incidents are not the most common, but they can be the most deadly. That is because the hazards tend to be misunderstood or underestimated. And many confined space fatalities involve not one, but two victims: the worker and the rescuer. OSHA's Permit-Required Confined Spaces Regulation was created to help prevent these incidents.
The Metro Florida Safety Council's Confined Spaces Compliance Training can help you put the regulation into practice and save lives. During this 8-hour program, participants learn the proper procedures for entering a Permit-Required Confined Space. Through discussion and activities, our professional facilitator will break down the regulation intoterms you can understand. You will learn practices and procedures that will keep you in compliance.
Entry permit refers to the written or printed document that is provided by the employer to allow and control entry into a permit space.
